WOODLEY Advisory Group (WAG) is made up of a close network of experts in the field of HVAC&R and Facilities Services, and Leadership Development. This enables WAG to offer services focused on and tailored to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.  

Through his extensive experience in the Building Services industry, Adam leads a team of specialists who can offer unique perspectives, specific advice, and wide-ranging support across a variety of industry needs and projects.

Adam Woodley

Adam is a visionary leader who brings a wealth of experience and a track record of success to WAG. His industry reputation has been built on a high dedication to operational excellence, strategic growth, and community involvement.

 

Adam has spent the past twenty years as an accomplished General and Operations Manager with a robust technical background and qualifications in Mechanical Engineering. With over thirty years of progressive experience in the HVAC and Facilities Services industry, Adam is celebrated for his strategic planning, project management, and P&L oversight capabilities.

 

His notable achievements include scaling A.G. Coombs QLD from a startup to an industry leader, pioneering customer-centric strategies, securing pivotal contracts, and fostering a skilled workforce. Throughout this process, Adam upheld an unwavering commitment to safety and employee mental health.

 

As an experienced leader himself, Adam has delivered effective growth and management of a team of 73 direct reports. His role as a mentor to apprentices was instrumental in assisting the Queensland Training Award winner for Apprentice of the Year in 2021.

 

Adam holds an Associate Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University and has completed various professional development courses, including Mental Health First Aid, High-Performance Mindfulness, "Leading Edge" (an extensive leadership development program), and Cybersecurity Awareness.  Adam is an active contributor to the community, serving as a Male Ally on the NAWIC QLD Women on Tools Committee, a 2024 Mentor in the NAWIC Mentor Program, and as the former President of the Centenary Plains BMX Club.
