Emerging Male Allies Program Delivers Measurable Culture Change

Jun 09, 2026

Creating more inclusive workplaces requires more than policies and compliance programs — it requires people who are willing and equipped to lead change.

The Emerging Male Allies Program (EMAP), delivered by Woodley Advisory Group and Trellis Collective, was designed specifically for men working in construction, engineering and other male-dominated industries. Through open discussion, practical tools and evidence-based learning, the program helps participants better understand the experiences of women in the workplace and develop the confidence to become genuine allies.

The results from Cohort 1 speak for themselves. Participants reported significant improvements in awareness, empathy and confidence, with 100% saying they would recommend the program to others. Most importantly, every participant reported experiencing positive change in themselves and their understanding of the role they can play in building more inclusive workplace cultures.
